Melinda left. I took out my plone and found Leo‘s number,

I called him.

In just a few seconds, I heard his lazy and hoarse voice, saying, “Cathy, what‘s up?”

“I know. Our company is preparing to hold an early winter launch at the end of this month, and my boss has decided to putin charge of it. I want a favor from you. Your

company is full of big stars. Can they show up that day to support me? They will get paid!” I quickly got down to business and looked at Leo with pleading eyes.

Leo narrowed his beautiful and deep eyes slightly. “I never worked with Blake‘s company intentionally.”

The waiter brought us a bottle of good wine and helped us open it. Leo pouredhalfa glass. “If you can‘t drink it, take it easy. Walkthrough the launch.”

Then, the two of us started drinking and eating. During the meal, I talked to him about sdetails of the launch.

Leo was in showbiz, so he offeredsgreat advice, which worked in my favor.
