[Activating Class Skill <Approach of Skills>.]

[~Copy Condition~

The greatest determination for Teshi to keep fighting is his ambition to face his great opponent named Ryeis and defeat him, only the battles of the two have always ended in a draw for different reasons and situations. The rivalry bond between Teshi and Ryeis is practically unbreakable.

Break that bond by becoming Teshi's true greatest rival].

The description of the goal was clear. For Kaizen to obtain a random ability from Teshi to be able to beat him in battle, he would first have to convince Teshi that he was his true greatest rival as opposed to Ryeis. That was a difficult condition, only for Kaizen it was not an option.

There were rare occasions that Kaizen had the luxury of using <Apograph of Abilities>, first because most of the time they were tiring conditions to achieve, and second because it required a lot of mana. Furthermore, when Kaizen used this skill on people he couldn't check the skill tab on the person's profile, he couldn't choose the skill he would receive, which meant that it could come a very good skill from the class of the player or NPC being targeted, or a title skill of some sort that will grant a +10% HP bonus to every pudding he eats.

With determination in his eyes, Kaizen knew that the only way to convince Teshi would be to let his blades speak for themselves. So when he saw the opportunity, he equipped the Sword of the Night and approached Teshi with a swift thrust.

Teshi looked at Kaizen with surprise, seeing his smile, and so a gleam of interest appeared in his eyes. He knew Kaizen's reputation as a skilled player in the Tretidian Realm, and the possibility of a new player on par with him in power was undoubtedly exciting. He accepted Kaizen's silent challenge and, at least for now, chose not to use the power of his cloak to face him with his blade.

Using his <Cutting Hurricane> skill, Teshi showed his proficiency with his blade, unleashing a sequence of attacks against Kaizen, who in turn reacted using <Sword Art>. The blades of the two clashed a few times for a few seconds, and the atmosphere around them became electrifying.

The crowd in the arena watched intently, standing up and marveling. The harsh sounds of the blades clashing all the time echoed over and over, and it didn't seem like there would be an end.

Kaizen used all his dexterity and agility to block and counter Teshi's attempted attacks, and made the most of his coordination with the <Giant's Lungs> skill, which temporarily increased his speed, strength, vitality, and defense, to move quickly around the battlefield, seeking an opening in Teshi's fencing.

Teshi, on the other hand, was showing his experience in combat, with precise and powerful blows, trying to use his advantage in size and strength to put pressure on Kaizen. He was increasingly impressed by Kaizen's skill, who skillfully dodged his attacks and even counterattacked.

The battle continued intensely for several minutes, with the two players facing each other with all their might. At a crucial moment, Kaizen used his <Deep Cut> ability, delivering a devastating blow towards Teshi, who tried to block, but the blow hit him full on, causing significant damage and opening the armor in his chest. He roared with rage and finally activated the power of his dark cloak in its full form. His vigor tripled, increasing his HP and speed, and he charged at Kaizen with renewed momentum, delivering even more powerful blows.

With the tournament audience watching anxiously, Kaizen and Teshi faced each other without pause, exchanging powerful blows.

The crowd vibrated at times with the intensity of the battle, impressed with the determination of both players.

Kaizen moved with agility, using several of his skills to try to gain an advantage, while Teshi showed his stamina and tactical skill even at his most bestial. The rivalry between the two players was intensifying with each blow exchanged, and they exchanged a few words during the battle.

Teshi gradually realized that Kaizen was not just another promising internet player who became famous from a combo video or something. Kaizen's talent was real, as was his strength, and Teshi felt that Kaizen was also different from all the other players at heart, because Kaizen seemed so determined that he was undoubtedly fighting for something or someone.

At the great climax of the battle, Kaizen knew that Teshi was reaching his limit, no matter how close the fight was. And finally, after a seemingly endless series of attacks, Kaizen managed to overcome Teshi's defenses and landed a killing blow, using the <Touch of Death> skill brilliantly with a stab towards his opponent's belly.

This was more than enough to overcome the defenses of Teshi, who saw his spectral armor being overcome by someone finally. At that moment, he recognized Psyker's effort and acknowledged Kaizen as his true rival.

[Skill: Imminence of Chaos

Chaos is the force that governs all forces in the universe, be it gravity, quantum entanglement, and most importantly, the supernatural world. Without chaos nothing exists, and with chaos complete, nothing can exist.

By activating this ability, you can choose to ignore your opponent's defenses at least once during each battle, to strike a blow directly into their soul, causing magical and physical damage that can only be reversed by death.

Acquisition Difficulty: A.]

The ability to ignore any defenses might not seem very exciting to more avid players of the MMORPG genre, except that in Rise Online this was a rare and very important skill with the ability to define the course of a battle. Perhaps for this reason Teshi had not yet used it against Kaizen, perhaps he was waiting for the best moment.
