Taya recalled these details and suddenly felt his love for her.

However, everything it’s too late right then…

She put the memories of the past behind her, logged out of the Facebook account, and planned to call

Before she dialed Harper’s number, George’s call came in first. “Ms. Palmer, didn’t you take your

medicine on time?”

Taya sighed when she heard that question. “George, Amon was afraid that I would run away, so he

medicine.”

George was silent for a few seconds. Gritting his teeth, he said, “I’ll go see him.”

Taya wanted to ask if those medicines were available in the country, but George had already hung up.

In the next second, Harper’s call came in. She asked, “Taya, why is your phone always turned off?”

Fearing that something might happen to Taya, Harper drove to Amon’s villa. The servant said that Taya

to bed, so she went home with peace of mind.

When Harper woke up that morning, she called Taya again,

but the Taya’s phone was still turned off.

Just as she was about to rush to the villa to find her, the call- went through.

Harper was finally at ease.

Taya was embarrassed and she replied, “Harper, I’m sorry but my phone broke. I just switched back to

my old phone.”

Harper replied, “It’s okay”. Then, she continued to ask, “You called me last night. What’s the matter?”

Taya briefly explained to Harper the conflict she had with Amon, and after telling Harper not to worry,

she reassured her, “I’ll see you later and take you to meet someone.”

Harper didn’t ask who she was going to meet; she just agreed.

After making an appointment with Harper, Taya changed her

clothes.

That set of pajamas that she was wearing was given to her by Harper the day before. Amon took it

away before she could change into it.

After changing into a fresh set of clothes, she took her old

mobile phone and went downstairs…

Amon was sitting in the dining room having breakfast. When he saw her, he continued eating as if

nothing happened.

However, Taya couldn’t pretend that nothing happened, so she glanced at him coldly, turned around,

and walked out of

the villa.

“Come back.”

A cold voice came from behind her, but Taya ignored it.

Amon put down the knife and fork in his hand, and tapped his finger on the glass table, “Don’t you want

your medicine?”

Taya turned her head and stared at Amon. “What exactly do

Amon pushed the box of medicine in Taya’s direction and said, “Come here. Let’s discuss some

conditions.” Taya glanced at him, then at the box of medicine, and said coldly, “I don’t want it anymore.

You can keep it for yourself.”

She turned and left, but Amon said, “If you agree to my conditions, I’ll go back to Aronland.”

Hearing that he was going back to Aronland, Taya stopped.

She turned her head again and looked at him. “On what

condition?”

Amon propped one hand on the dining table and beckoned to her with his long fingers. “Come here.”

Taya hesitated for a few seconds before she walked over and

sat opposite him.

Amon picked up the envelope on the table, and handed it to Taya, saying, “Sign it, and I’ll leave

immediately.” Taya opened the envelope, took out an agreement, and saw the three

terms on it.

However, the terms did not clearly stipulate what she had to do. It was only stated she would not be

doing anything illegal. Seeing such an agreement, Taya did not want to act rashly. “I won’t sign it if the

terms are not written clearly.”
