“Niel, why are you here?”

After seeing the man with flowers, Gussie couldn’t help being slightly surprised.

Niel held the rose bouquet and said, “I know today is your birthday, so I came here to send you flowers and invite

you to dine with me to celebrate your birthday!”

Gussie’s eyes widened, not knowing whether she should refuse.

Then, he stepped forward, wrapped Gussie’s waist, and carried her up.

“Ah! What are you doing!” Gussie screamed in fright, holding her cake and grabbing her skirt.

Nathan grinned and said, “Protecting you!”
